In 1992 NBA star Sharunas Marciulionis was looking for sponsors for his Lithuanian national basketball team. The most unexpected raise was from Grateful Dead rock-band, they signed a paycheck of $5 000. Another the most important gift was a title to use t-shirts with a skeleton performing a slam dunk. Those were not basketball uniforms but Lithuanian team put them on during their bronze medals distribution. These t-shirts became famous and raised $450 000 that were spent on further development of basketball in Lithuania and for charity.
